CRP Utils (C++ and Python utilities for manipulating "Ciclotour CRP" files)

These utilities are for cutting and pasting CRP file segments and for generating height and slope profiles from these files. CRP is the file format of the "CicloTour" software that is bundled with CicloSport bike computers.
